BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST, MAKE SURE OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

1) If you are requesting space for a parish-wide social, seminar, workshop, etc. (an event to which the entire parish will be invited, not just your ministry)...Has Fr. Brandon approved it?

Do not attempt to schedule your event until you receive a response from him.

2) Double check to make sure the dates / times / rooms aren’t already reserved.

3) For large-scale events (e.g. events requiring outside vendors/speakers, permits, sales, etc.), print, review, and complete the event leader responsibilities checklist: EVENT LEADER RESPONSIBILITY CHECKLIST

HAS FATHER Brandon APPROVED IT?

PARISH-WIDE EVENTS REQUIRE FATHER'S APPROVAL. PLEASE CONTACT HIM FIRST BY EMAILING HIM AT

Event Information

Before you submit your request, please double check the calendar to make sure the dates/times/rooms aren't already reserved.

Annual calendars are approved from July to June. If you are scheduling your program's entire "year," remember that end dates may not exceed the end of June. You must re-calendar before the next July to prevent your/your group's room access from lapsing.

DO NOT build your set up and breakdown time into your event start and end times. For calendaring purposes, the general person must be able to tell what time your actual event starts and ends.

Your breakdown time must be long enough for you to leave the areas you used as you found them. Trash MUST be emptied and all tables and chairs returned to their original configuration.

NOTE: The church is no longer a reservable space.
